Digital content
Enhanced readings are generated and delivered after payment confirmation as one-time digital content. Once a reading is successfully generated and accessible, refunds are generally not offered for personal preference or disagreement with the interpretation.
Technical issues
If payment succeeds but the reading is not generated, the link cannot be accessed, or a system error creates clearly incomplete content, contact support within 7 days. We will prioritize repair, regeneration, or a refund when appropriate.
Stripe processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, with timing controlled by Stripe, the card issuer, or the payment network.
